We are looking for HR & Admin (Saudi National Only) is responsible for assisting in the company's HR & Administration work.
He/She will be responsible for daily HR work & Admin work & give suggestions to management when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Develops HR & Admin Policy for company & Staffs
• Preparing Employment Offer, Contract & other HR-related documents when required &take necessary approval.
• Updating the Master file, Leaves daily basic.
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
• Knowledge of GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem & help company for Insurance.
• Prepare and maintain reports weekly for the tasks completed or in progress.
• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions this includes communicating with the Client the arrival and deployment of the newly arrived worker.
o Adhere to Labor laws, rules and regulations
o Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
o Manage daily administrative tasks
2-4 year HR working Experience HR.
